About the Job

    We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative with sales or customer success experience who can also support project coordination and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads, present solutions, negotiate, and close sales.
  2. Coordinate post-sale solar and energy projects.
  3. Act as a liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  4. Maintain CRM records, timelines, and documentation.
  5. Handle customer communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
  6. Collaborate internally to improve workflows and service quality.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, customer success, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Nice to Have

    • Experience in solar, HVAC, or home improvement.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
    • Experience with scheduling, permitting, or inspections
