About the Job

    The Project Coordinator manages schedules and resources to ensure smooth, timely installations. This includes coordinating with homeowners, teams, and city officials, performing quality checks, and optimizing crew and electrician time to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities

    ●Coordinating with fellow PC’s to create an optimal installation schedule for each week

    ● Facilitating escalated service requests and push to closeout

    ● Providing the best customer service to clients

    ● Being understanding of customer's issues and concerns

    ● Having a sense of urgency to customer's needs

    ● Maintaining high levels of communications and feedback from customers

    ● Identifying issues, problems, and discrepancies with customers promptly

    ● Gaining an understanding of when it is appropriate to work independently to resolve customer and scheduling concerns and when it is appropriate to escalate them to a Project Manager

    ● Other duties as directed

Job Requirements

    ●Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment

    ● Maintain attention to detail when recording project information in company databases

    ● Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment

    ● Punctual with appointments and deadlines

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

    ● Excellent customer service skills required

    ● Able to remain thorough and accurate when completing data entry and quality assurance tasks

    ● Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them in an effective manner to persons with technical expertise as well as persons with no technical expertise

    ● Available Monday through Friday from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. CST
