Data Analyst
About the Job
A Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support territory planning, demographic insights, and inside sales operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing market targeting and improving dialing and marketing strategies by delivering clear, data-driven insights that enhance performance across different regions.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market and demographic research to support territory planning and expansion.
Analyze lead performance, contact rates, and conversion trends across different regions.
Collaborate with call center leadership and appointment strategy team to enhance dialing
strategy.
Develop territory-specific data packages to inform rep deployment and call prioritization.
Partner with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness at the regional level.
Support implementation and testing of new dialing strategies based on Five9 data (if
applicable).
Job Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is required.
Experience working with or alongside the Five9 dialing system is a major plus.
Background in inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is helpful.
Familiarity with demographic targeting and territory modeling.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
Light marketing or campaign coordination experience is a bonus
